Salsa Cioccolata – A Traditional Italian Recipe
• 200 g of dark chocolate
• 15 g butter
• 1 glass of milk
Put the chocolate and butter in a metal mixing bowl over another saucepan of boiling water. Melt these ingredients together until you have a smooth liquid consistency. Add the glass of milk slowly,
constantly stirring. Let cool slightly and then pour over a dessert such as panna cotta.
