Almond Shortcrust

Ingredients:

• 250 g flour
• 125 g sugar
• 100 g butter
• 30 g almonds finely chopped
• 2 eggs
• 1 pinch of salt

Procedure

This pastry is perfect for biscuits and cream filled tarts topped with fresh strawberries! Use the same procedure as the Pasta Frolla recipe, but incorporate the almonds with the sugar and the flour.
