Ingredients (serves 6)
• 2 eggs
• 500 ml milk
• 50 g flour
• 150 g sugar
• 1 vanilla bean (optional)
Procedure
In a saucepan, add the milk, and, if you like, the vanilla bean. Bring the milk to the boil. In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour and sugar together, then slowly add in the heated milk, stirring continuously. Add the entire mixture into the saucepan, over a low heat, and continue stirring until you reach the desired consistency.
