Ingredients (serves 4)
• 200 g bitter chocolate
• 200 g butter
• 4 egg whites beaten to stiff peaks
• 50 g flour
• 150 g sugar
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double saucepan. Mix the sugar, egg yolks and the flour in a bowl, then add the chocolate/butter mixture. Mix well. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and fold into the mixture. Bake for 35 minutes in an oven at temperature 150°C.
