Around the Tuscan table

#a tavola!!!!In Tuscany the table and the kitchen is everything, people gather together in the winter nights around the table near the fireplace and in the summer ,outside in the yard making “rosticciana ” and “salsicce “on the grill with olive wood, that gives a special flavor to the meet .In Tuscany the traditional food comes from the farmers,”contadini” Pappa al pomodoro,Ribollita, Panzanella ,use to be made with the bread of the days before ,and also only whatever was available and seasonal was used. In our cooking school we teach the original recipes ,that are also published in our Cook Book of 160 pages that is given to all our students.
